You’ll see them in the Tune List, in the Tune Sets List, and on the individual pages for many tunes and tune sets. To get those Unlock and Learn tags working for you, you’ll need to take a few minutes to get set up with Patreon and Soundslice subscriptions. Read on to learn how to get started and how to smoothly navigate the tutorials.

Getting Started – Patreon & Soundslice Setup
Before we get into how to access the tutorials, first be sure you have signed up with Patreon and Soundslice. Patreon is used to manage your membership to TrailJams Tune Camp, and to let you unlock each tutorial. Soundslice provides the brilliant technology that makes the tutorials work. Here are the two essential steps.
1. Patreon: Join the TrailJams Patreon channel to get access to the Soundslice tutorials
2. Soundslice: Sign up for a free Soundslice account. Important: use the same email address for your Patreon and Soundslice accounts.
Use the Tune List Page to Find Tutorials for Tunes
The Irish & Celtic Tune List page on the TrailJams website lists all of the tunes that have pages in the website. If a tune in the list has tags labeled “Unlock” and “Learn”, then there is a Soundslice tutorial for that tune in TrailJams Tune Camp.
Getting to the Tutorials – The first time you use a tutorial, you’ll need to click the “Unlock” tag to get access. You only need to do that once though. After the first time, just click the “Learn” tag to go right to the tutorial.
(If you just want to jump to the TrailJams page for a tune, click on the tune’s title. No subscription is required. Note: some tunes in the list do not have pages.)
You only need to “unlock” a tutorial once. After the first time, just click the “Learn” tag to go right to the tutorial.

Use the Set List Page to find Tutorials for Tune Sets (Medleys)
The Irish & Celtic Sets page on the TrailJams website lists all of the tune sets (medleys) that have pages in the website. If you scroll down the page to “The Big List” you’ll see dozens of tune sets listed. If a tune set in the list has tags labeled “Unlock” and “Learn”, then there is a Soundslice tutorial for that set in TrailJams Tune Camp.
Just as in the Tune List, click the “Unlock” tag to access the tutorial the first time. After the first time, just click the “Learn” tag to go right to the tutorial. (Or click on the name of the set to go to the TrailJams page for that set.)
Jump to a Tutorial from a Tune or Set’s Web Page
The TrailJams website pages for tunes and tune sets have a whole bunch of learning resources that are free to use without a TrailJams Tune Camp membership. But if you are a member, look for a “Learn it in Soundslice in TrailJams Tune Camp” message, like this:

For example, on the TrailJams page for the tune Redican’s Mother, you’ll see that message just below the Play-Along Tracks. As with the Tune List and Set List, use the “Unlock” or “Learn” tags to access the tutorials. The “Info” tag will take you to general information about TrailJams Tune Camp. (Only tunes and tune sets that have Soundslice tutorials will have these links.)
